Quality Suites & Apartments

We have stayed previously and each time it's a home away from home. The cleanliness and attention to detail are exceptional. It's great being able to have cafe coffee at reception. Wayne runs fabulous accommodation and really I don't want to stay anywhere else in Melbourne.

We have stayed here a few times now. Wayne is an incredible host and always goes above and beyond to make us comfortable. Staff always keep our room clean, and tidy and regularly top up all amenities. The complex is close to everything and with the double-glazed windows, the rooms are quiet even considering it is on a main road.

Fantastic little apartment with all I required for my stay of several nights. Very comfortable, cosy and clean. The cast system on the TV is especially good and works well. On-site laundry facilities were extremely welcome. Wayne is an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful overnight stay. I was given a courtesy call as my flight was late, it was a nice welcome to be told my heater in the room was on and ready for my arrival. The room is very well equipped with quality furnishing, double glazed windows and it was immaculately clean!

The check-in staff was delightful, we asked for a late checkout which wasn't a problem. Our room was preheated so it was nice and warm when we got inside our room. The furnishings were modern and the towels in the bathroom were thick and fluffy and the beds were very comfortable. Magnificent hot showers. Would definitely stay again!

I have spent the last 7 months in this place. I booked because of its location and proximity to my work. Thinking it was a motel room, it is so much more. The serviced apartments are very functional and offer a well equipped kitchen. The service Wayne and Deb have provided and the lengths they go to in looking after a guest is and has been very much appreciated.
